(Please do not track sand into the unit.) -The unit is located in a small boutique complex of only 10 units, which means the pool and BBQ area are never busy! -An onsite laundry center -Easy access to everything in Kihei and only a 20 minute drive to the airport Important facts: -This is a second-floor unit WITHOUT an elevator -The onsite laundry center costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. -Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. For guests with children, it is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times. -The condo comfortably sleeps 6 (2 kings and one queen sleeper sofa bed).
